Arden leads product and infrastructure at SiteAnswerAI. The work spans real-time voice pipelines (ASR + LLM + TTS co-located on bare-metal NVIDIA GPUs with sub-second time-to-first-audio), retrieval-augmented generation over per-site knowledge bases, and the WordPress plugin that ships the widget on a single-click install. Prior work includes long-running production LLM systems, WordPress plugin engineering, and latency-sensitive backend infrastructure.

Areas of focus: low-latency speech pipelines, LLM inference on proprietary GPU hardware, RAG architecture for small-business sites, and the ergonomics of live human handoff from AI to a real person.
